The Devil Walks Book Reviews

Some books have a strange way of revealing the plot. They drop hints across the stories, clues as to what is going to happen imbedded between the chapters. However, there are always the odd ones out, or as I say it,” the chicken amongst the pigeons” (I have just realised how strange and unoriginal that sounds). These books are the ones that lead you on, giving you tons of ideas, a rough outline of the story’s plot but then give a sudden twist and lead to dead end. It sounds an awful lot like a maze but you do not even have lines, a path to follow, it is just up to your imagination. But as you gradually near the end, the various different pieces, the subtle details dotted around the place, add up to make a completely different story line than what you expected. Brilliant book review

Not every book that I read can be given a five star rating. Most of the time, it is just because I find it a little bit boring. On other rare occasions, I start to find the books perplexing, difficult to understand as they begin to get complicated. This sometimes happens when the story jumps from different viewpoints.
